Tobias leads on input into physical strategy work in the London Thames Gateway and a number of public realm, transport and development projects including Dalston Junction Interchange, Woolwich Arsenal mixed use masterplan and the Royal Docks regeneration.

He worked for the former Architecture and Urbanism Unit at the Greater London Authority, from 2003, transferring to Design for London in 2007. With more than ten years of experience, Tobias has worked in Germany and the UK at practices including OX2 and Ian Ritchie Architects. His experience includes the design and implementation of various office, leisure and retail buildings to landscape and infrastructure projects.

A qualified Architect and Urban Designer, Tobias has studied in London, Oxford and Aachen. He has lectured widely at universities including the London Metropolitan University, Technical Universities in Munich and Lisbon and presented to city officials in Paris, Hamburg and Amsterdam.
