We are working across London to provide ambitious improvements to the network of public spaces, from the doorstep to the street, parks and landscapes.

Overlooked by the sweeping arch of the new Wembley Stadium, the surrounding industrial areas are experiencing extensive change. Design for London has supported the London Development Agency (LDA) in their negotiations to conclude the development considerations for the new bridge designed by Marks Barfield, and public square linking the new Wembley to the old town centre.

Quintain Estates and Development has acquired much of the land surrounding the stadium and has proposed a mixed use development including residential, retail, leisure and a hotel development. The development is well underway. Linking this new neighbourhood area to the existing town centre and public transport is critical to its success.
