We are working across London to provide ambitious improvements to the network of public spaces, from the doorstep to the street, parks and landscapes.
Design for London has been working with the London Borough of Bexley for a number years on various public realm and regeneration projects for the town centre including the 100 Public Spaces project and more recent designs for a potential project to renew the Riverside Gardens, one of Erith's key but underused assets.
Most recently Design for London has supported LB Bexley and the Homes and Communities Agency in developing the Erith Western Gateway masterplan which will help shape the future of the riverside town.
The masterplan was completed in 2010 and the subsequent Erith Western Gateway Local Development Framework SPD is currently out for public consultation.
