We are working across London to provide ambitious improvements to the network of public spaces, from the doorstep to the street, parks and landscapes.
Design for London is working with local partners to improve public space around Bow Church in east London. Proposals prepared by Adams & Sutherland include linking the churchyard to an extended public space around the relocated Gladstone monument of 1882. Existing underground public toilets will be converted into an exhibition space, visible from above through clear glazing.
