This industrial development in the London Borough of Greenwich will be delivered through a joint venture between Tilfen Land and the London Development Agency (LDA). Design for London has worked with the LDA's Land & Development team and Tilfen on a masterplan and will have an ongoing role providing design advice on development projects as they come forward. We are also pushing forward public realm improvements as the site sits within the Cross River Park network and links to the Ridgeway path.
