We focus a lot of our resources on areas of London experiencing significant change. In these places we invest in long term collaboration to help shape great places.
This project will deliver a major new shopping centre, significant new office space, and approximately 4,000 new homes. The scheme has received outline planning permission. Design for London is a member of the Design Review Panel, advising on detailed designs for the public realm, as well as retail and housing areas.
