We focus a lot of our resources on areas of London experiencing significant change. In these places we invest in long term collaboration to help shape great places.
The London Development Agency (LDA) recently acquired this site: a long, thin plot of land directly south of Canning Town station. It has a key role to play in delivering the successful long term regeneration of Canning Town and will accommodate a link westwards to future development on the Limmo Site.
In 2004/5 KCAP architects undertook masterplanning work to inform the compulsory purchase order and developer selection process. Design for London is currently supporting the LDA on the selection of a development partner and will continue to provide design advice as part of the LDA's team.
