Leamouth Peninsula, directly opposite the O2 Arena, is surrounded by water, roads and railways. Ballymore Properties Limited is preparing a mixed-use scheme including new residential and commercial development, as well as maintaining existing uses. Design for London is advising on design issues on behalf of the GLA Planning Decisions Unit and local authorities. The first phase of this development is already on site.
