We focus a lot of our resources on areas of London experiencing significant change. In these places we invest in long term collaboration to help shape great places.

Design for London influenced the design of this new commercial building alongside Gallions Docklands Light Railway (DLR) station, which forms part of the Royal Albert Basin development in the Royal Docks.

The design, by Robinson, Kenning and Gallagher, ties in with the concept of creating a 'red street' defined by red frontages and red trees, part of Adams and Sutherland's masterplan for Royal Albert Basin. The striking western façade generates interest and creates a strong sense of identity at the DLR station and the A1020 roundabout.
