We focus a lot of our resources on areas of London experiencing significant change. In these places we invest in long term collaboration to help shape great places.
Design for London is working with partners to steer change in Havering Riverside, where industry and housing meet the wild spaces of Rainham Marshes and the Ingrebourne Valley at the edge of London. Projects have included plans for over 2,500 new homes and linking Rainham Village to a new riverside space and cafe.
