The Central Leaside and Ponders End Area Action Plan provides the opportunity to take advantages of the significant changes to the industrial, retail and educational facilities in this area. Design for London is supporting the London Borough of Enfield in guiding current development proposals to ensure they make the most of the opportunities of this area.
