Tim Ronalds architects initially masterplanned this site at the western end of Royal Victoria Dock. Joint landowners the London Development Agency (LDA) and the London Borough of Newham are in discussions to take the site forward and select a development partner. The site includes a sailing club, which will need to be accommodated in the mixed use brief. The site will also include around 700 new homes. Design for London is working as part of the LDA advising on design quality issues.
