Students from the University of East London have rapidly designed and built a new boardwalk which improves the route to the station for a new residential community, across a vacant development site. The project was facilitated by muf architecture art and Design for London and is intended to establish the planned access in advance of long term development. The detailed design of the boardwalk encourages pedestrians to value the latent condition of the development site.
