Phase 1 of Allies and Morrisons residential scheme at St Andrews Bow has won two awards – a Building for Life award, chosen by CABE, the HBF and Design for Homes, and a Brick award for Best housing development of 26+ units.
Design for London have been closely involved in the project since the preparation of the site development brief in 2004 by Witherford Watson Mann Architects, and have provided design input into the client team with the LDA and Barratts since the appointment of the development partner.
