As part of High Street 2012, muf architecture and art are designing improvements to Altab Ali Park. A community dig was organised with the Museum of London to excavate part of the park where the original Chapel of the Blessed Mary of Matfelun was built in the 13th century. Hundreds of local school children took part in the dig and art and history workshops.
