The official re-opening by by Cllr Susan Wise and GLA Group representatives took place on the 29th May. Hatcham Gardens is one of the first projects to be completed as part of the Kender to the Creek Mayor of London’s Great Spaces Initiative.
Lewisham and Design for London have worked together to improve the park with the help of London Development Agency funding and design by East Architecture, Landscape, Urban Design.
