Bouygues Development, One Housing Group and Aecom have been selected by the London Borough of Newham (LBN) and the London Thames Gateway Development Corporation (LTGDC) to deliver the regeneration of Areas 7 and 1c of the Canning Town masterplan. During the competitive dialogue process which ran from November 2008 to June 2009, Design for London led the evaluation of the bidders’ design proposals with officers from LBN and LTGDC.
