Design for London has been working with the London Borough of Bexley and other partners to bring forward strategies for change in this mixed industrial and residential area on the south bank of the Thames stretching between Thamesmead, the industrial areas of Belvedere, Erith Town Centre and Crayford Marsh.

Design for London has been involved in developing a Framework Plan and Regeneration Strategy for Erith Town Centre and Belvedere, a development brief for the Erith Western Gateway sites, providing design advice on various development proposals, and progressing a series of East London Green Grid project proposals for the Belvedere Area.
