This Design for London study, produced by 5th Studio and GVA Grimley, explores how the North London A10/A1010 corridor could be renewed through new housing, business growth and civic infrastructure and by enhancements to the public realm that could help distil the character and identity of its substituent parts.

The study will establish a vision for the corridor, set out its potential for growth and regeneration and identify the interventions that Design for London and the LDA, the boroughs and other partners should deliver. In addition the vision will help encourage private sector investment and inform emerging planning policy (for example the Upper Lea Opportunity Area Planning Framework).
